1) Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled in the Billing Portal.
- Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Taxes (e.g., GST/HST/QST) may apply based on your location.
2) Refunds
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including partial months or unused time.
- We will refund duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors.
- Trials or promotions, if offered, will state specific terms on the checkout page.
3) Upgrades & Downgrades
Plan changes may prorate according to Stripe settings. Credits, if any, typically apply to future invoices.
4) How to Cancel
Use the “Manage billing” link in your profile (Stripe Billing Portal). If you cannot access it, email support@iwanttohelp.io.
5) Disputes & Chargebacks
